Above and beyond service! When my A/C broke down, and I called at around 7 p.m., they were able to head over from Ft. Myers that very night to take care of it. I was shopping around for A/C service companies because the one I was currently using (Best Home Services) quoted me over $500 to fix the A/C drain pipe clog, even though I had a service plan with them. Allied Air Services included the clog fix with the start of a new maintenance plan (which cost WAY less than $500, by the way), and they come twice a year instead of just once like the old company. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Efficient, honest, and caring. Everyone was so nice and understanding because we had a unit go out in our bedroom and it was 95° outside, so they came and assessed the problem. Within two days, we are going to have our unit, so we are very happy because everyone and anyone else we contacted said it would take three weeks to get to us, and I don’t think that’s a great idea in this type of weather in South Florida.

Allied Air has been a reliable service provider for our residential AC and we have been very happy with them. We purchase their annual plan so that I am reminded when it’s time for a service. This is really a great feature with my schedule. I could easily let this slide. Over the years, whether regular maintenance or hurricane or some emergency, they are very fast to arrive and get us comfortable quickly. I never enjoy paying bills, but I find their pricing to be reasonable. Finally, they do seem to be interested in keeping our system running at peak rather than trying to sell us a replacement. I appreciate that.
