I had an excellent experience with Allied Air, especially thanks to Adrian. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly cleaned the drain line and took the time to clearly explain everything about my 10-year-old AC system. What truly stood out was his kindness and honesty. He answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I understood how to properly maintain my system. He also explained the benefits of the maintenance plan, including avoiding after-hours charges, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so competent and genuinely caring. I Cannot Recommend Allied Enough Dec 23, 2025

I cannot recommend Allied Air Conditioning enough. After having two different companies come to my home who were completely unable to fix my Trane AC system, I was told I needed to buy a brand new unit. One technician even stayed almost three hours, talked about going on a cruise, charged me $285, and the AC broke again one hour later. Allied was a completely different experience. Nathan came out and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. He clearly knows Trane systems, was extremely professional, honest, and efficient. The issue was resolved immediately, the price was very fair ($185), and for the first time I felt I was dealing with real professionals who actually know what they’re doing. It’s such a relief to find an honest, knowledgeable company here in Naples. From now on, Allied will be the only company I use and recommend.

I had two different air conditioning companies come out and tell me I needed to get a new unit so they could profit off of me, when all I needed to do was call Allied Air. Nathan came and got it fixed within 30 minutes, the price was half of what these other companies charged me and the work was immaculate. If you want the best service at an extremely fair price, call Allied.
