He thoroughly cleaned the drain line and took the time to clearly explain everything about my 10-year-old AC system. What truly stood out was his kindness and honesty. I cannot recommend Allied Air Conditioning enough. After having two different companies come to my home who were completely unable to fix my Trane AC system, I was told I needed to buy a brand new unit. One technician even stayed almost three hours, talked about going on a cruise, charged me $285, and the AC broke again one hour later. Allied was a completely different experience. Nathan came out and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. He clearly knows Trane systems, was extremely professional, honest, and efficient. The issue was resolved immediately, the price was very fair ($185), and for the first time I felt I was dealing with real professionals who actually know what they’re doing. It’s such a relief to find an honest, knowledgeable company here in Naples. From now on, Allied will be the only company I use and recommend.

Nathan came and got it fixed within 30 minutes, the price was half of what these other companies charged me and the work was immaculate. I live in the Midwest most of the year but have a vacation house in Florida. Just yesterday my WiFi thermostat at the house alerted me that the house was over 85. Checking further, I discovered the AC unit was not operating. I have used Allied Air for my AC issues before Hurricane Ian along with the two hurricanes in 2024. I sent an email to the Allied Air office personnel late last night asking for service on my unit ASAP. I received a call early Monday morning from the tech who was assigned the task. An hour later, he had found the problem and we had several discussions on how to proceed. Within two hours, he had the AC working and the house was cooling down. I feel fortunate that I can rely on Allied to take care of me even when I’m 1800 miles away. Peace of mind is very important to me, and that is what I get from Allied. I have let my neighbors know who I use for AC and how I trust their service.

I've been using Allied for my semi-annual preventive maintenance for several years. They always do a great job! More importantly, I needed a repair because my A/C kept cutting off. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician kept in contact with me via phone the whole time so that I was kept informed of what was going on, the issue, and resolution. The price of the repair was totally reasonable. These folks are the best!

It all started when I called the company. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and very professional. She had a tech speak to me to explain my problem and to try and resolve it. It was a little beyond my scope, so I made an appointment for service. The technician that came found the problem right away but also took the time to explain what was found and how to prevent it from happening again. I can't express how content I was to have my AC working again. The technician is a real honest person and this company is lucky to have him. I believe he reflects the company's best interests. I would 100% recommend them to everyone. It is hard to find honest people doing their job properly and not trying to take advantage of someone. I will always call them. It's not about the money; it's about the quality and the reputation for being honest and not trying to sell you something you don't need. Allied, you have a customer for life and you will always come highly recommended by my review and by word of mouth. I will get it out there because I'm happy with the service I was provided.
